With 17 years’ experience in the industry, a background in beauty therapy, salon management, and training new graduates, Jenny is the perfect fit to lead an Exquisite team.

She’s down to earth and passionate about skin and nutrition, with a special interest in skin healing and barrier support. Jenny is all about rebuilding skin health and confidence from the ground up, and above all, helping people truly love the skin they’re in.

Coming from a diverse background in beauty, she's the bubbly one in the team who loves to have a good chat.

Her passion is helping clients with skin concerns and bringing a bit of relaxation into their day. When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her whanau, hiking and going on adventures.

Lynette brings a wealth of experience as a previous salon owner and beauty therapist, having worked extensively in the industry across both New Zealand and Australia. Her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for client care allow her to create a calm, nurturing environment where clients feel truly supported and cared for.

She is especially known for her deeply relaxing massage treatments, customised facials, and is a true waxing whizz, recognised for her precision and ability to help clients feel completely at ease. Lynette is passionate about helping people feel confident, restored, and their very best through treatments delivered with skill, care, and intention.
